Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a called, anointed, and visionary Pastor to provide spiritual leadership to our historic congregation. We seek a servant-leader who is deeply committed to the Word of God and affirms its authority, sufficiency, and necessity in the life and ministry of the Church.
The ideal candidate will possess a clear calling to pastoral ministry, a strong understanding of Freewill Baptist doctrine and tradition, and demonstrated experience preaching and teaching the Gospel. The successful candidate should also demonstrate effective leadership, sound biblical judgment, and a compelling vision for church growth, discipleship, community engagement, and ministry development.
As Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church enters its next chapter, we seek a Pastor who can honor the congregation’s rich history while providing the spiritual leadership and vision necessary to strengthen the ministry and advance its mission of making disciples and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Qualifications:
A clear and demonstrated calling to pastoral ministry.
Strong biblical preaching and teaching ability.
Knowledge and understanding of Freewill Baptist doctrine.
Demonstrated pastoral, ministerial, and/or church leadership experience.
Ability to provide vision and leadership for congregational and ministry growth.
Bachelor’s degree required
Seminary or theological education preferred, but not required
Compensation: Negotiable based upon experience and qualifications.
